Our full 3 day course and our 2 day refresher give you the opportunity to practice essential skills and give you the confidence to carry them out in an emergency.

- CPR
- Airway problems
- Circulation problems
- Wounds and bleeding
- Burns and scalds
- Injuries to bones muscles and joints
- Hypothermia/heat stroke
- Diabetes
- Poisoning

ANNUAL HSE RECOMMENDED HALF DAY REFRESHER
HSE strongly recommends that first-aiders undertake annual refresher training, over half a day, during any three-year FAW/EFAW certification period. Although not mandatory, this will help qualified first-aiders maintain their basic skills and keep up to date with any changes to first-aid procedures.
